Get a flat price back
You receive one all-in number with the fuel surcharge and standard cargo coverage already inside it. Most quotes go out the same business day. Nothing recurring, nothing to cancel later.

We book the truck
Approve the quote and we assign the equipment and driver, confirm your pickup window in writing, and send you the dispatcher's direct number for that load.

Delivered, signed, closed
You get status updates on the road and a signed proof of delivery with photos once it is off the trailer. The invoice matches the quote you approved.

Common questions
Before you book
Yes. Every package on our pricing page is a flat charge for a single shipment. We do not sell subscriptions, retainers or monthly plans, and nothing renews on its own. If you ship with us again next month, you pay for that shipment and nothing else.
Send us the details and we will quote it as a custom lane. The six packages cover the shipments we see most often; anything outside them — oversized, hazmat-exempt, multi-stop, or over 900 miles — gets its own flat price using the same all-in approach.
Every shipment moves with standard cargo coverage included in the quoted rate, with limits rising by package from $25,000 to $150,000. If your commodity is worth more than the included limit, tell us the declared value and we will arrange additional coverage before dispatch.
Local and regional loads out of Northeast Ohio can often be collected the same day or the next business day. Longer lanes usually need 24–72 hours of notice depending on equipment availability. Expedited bookings get first call on the fleet.
