Because we do. RBURG SERVICES LLC is a young company, and that shapes everything about how we operate.
We combine modern equipment, experienced drivers and a customer-first approach to deliver freight safely, on time, and every time. There is no legacy dispatch software to work around and no backlog of other people's problems — when you call, you get somebody who can actually make a decision about your load.
Our home terminal in Warren, Ohio puts us on the I-80 corridor, inside a day's drive of Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Detroit, Columbus, Buffalo and Chicago. That is where most of our regional work happens. From there we run the full lower 48 for customers who need longer legs.
What we will not do is overpromise. If a delivery window is tight, we say so before you book rather than after. If a package is not the cheapest way to move your freight, we tell you which one is. A carrier that is honest about the load it cannot take is the carrier you keep calling.
